ENSURING ACCESS TO ESSENTIAL SERVICES THROUGH SAFE, RELIABLE, AND MEDICAID-COVERED TRANSPORTATION SUPPORT

Transportation Services in Wyoming help individuals with disabilities, chronic health conditions, or aging-related limitations reach medical appointments, community programs, work sites, and other essential destinations. These services reduce barriers to care, promote independence, and enable active participation in daily life. Transportation is a covered benefit under Wyoming Medicaid and the state’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers, including the Comprehensive Waiver, Supports Waiver, and the Community Choices Waiver (CCW). All services must be tied to a participant’s Individualized Plan of Care (IPC) and align with documented goals and functional needs.
