Skilled Nursing Services in Idaho offer medically necessary nursing care to individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or complex medical conditions who require clinical oversight but wish to remain in community settings. 2. SKILLED NURSING SERVICE OVERVIEW

Wound care and dressing changes

3. LICENSING & PROVIDER APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
Prerequisites:
Register your business with the Idaho Secretary of State
Obtain EIN from the IRS and NPI (Type 2)
Employ licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) and/or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with active Idaho licenses
