2. ADULT DAY SERVICE OVERVIEW
Adult Day Services are designed to provide daytime supervision, support, and social interaction. Services are individualized based on the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) or Individual Service Plan (ISP) and may include:
Social and recreational activities
Personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, grooming)
Health monitoring and medication reminders

3. LICENSING & PROVIDER APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
