3. LICENSING & PROVIDER APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
Prerequisites:
Register your business entity with the Rhode Island Secretary of State.
Obtain a Federal EIN and Type 2 NPI.
Enroll as a Medicaid provider for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) under NFT codes.
