2. ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT SERVICES OVERVIEW

Approved providers may deliver:
Assessment & Recommendation: Evaluation of functional needs by therapists or specialists.

3. LICENSING & PROVIDER APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
